On Friday, February 21, 2025, I held a press conference to announce litigation we filed against the office of the Governor of the state of Oklahoma. The subject of the litigation is the executive branch overreach inherent the executive order he announced in December 2024, directing all state agencies to require a return to work for all full-time persons working for the state of Oklahoma.
